Davis RiemerDavis Riemer, Principal and Founder, directs investment strategy and all advisory services, oversees marketing and communications, and works with most of DHR's clients. His 40+ years of professional experience includes financial planning, estate planning, business-entity planning, life and health insurance, and investment products. Davis has worked with many California families and businesses, and draws upon that experience in advising every client.

Davis grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and received his B.A. from Stanford University in History, with added emphasis in psychology and political science. Davis serves on the boards of Kala Art Institute and the AC Transit Retirement Plan. He has also served in multiple capacities for the local, state and national organizations of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Louise Rothman-RiemerLouise Rothman-Riemer, Principal, is chief financial officer, chief compliance officer and director of trading. She contributes expertise in needs assessment as well as product knowledge of a broad spectrum of insurance contracts. Louise has helped many of DHR's female clients increase their understanding of financial issues

Louise is from Wausau, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with B.A. degrees in both English and Theatre Arts, and earned an M.A. in Improvisational Theatre from San Francisco State University and a paralegal degree from St. Mary's College in Moraga. Her personal interests include theatre, art, social justice and civil liberties and her growing family. Louise currently is president of the Oakland League of Women Voters. She also serves on the board of directors for the Rockridge Business Improvement District (RDA), and Progressive Oakland Women for Empowerment and Reform (POWER), and has served in various capacities with the ACLU of Northern CA.

Shannon StoneShannon Stone, is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) and Client Advisor for DHR, having previously worked in operations, advisor support, and investment strategies. She brings many years of experience with several different investment firms, including a Bay Area bond investment firm.

Shannon earned dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Business Management from University of Phoenix in Sacramento. She is certified as a Performance and Family Coach. Shannon served as president of the non-profit organization Visions for Teens at Risk. She enjoys on-going personal development and spending time with her children and husband.

Robin RosarioRobin Rosario has been with DHR since 2002. She manages operations and finance, and works closely with many of our clients. Prior to joining DHR, Robin managed her own bookkeeping and accounting firm for 15 years.

Robin grew up in Los Angeles. She practices and teaches Taiji and Qi Gong, and has also studied and practiced acupuncture. Robin is currently pursuing an interest in Life Coaching, particularly working with women dealing with cancer diagnoses.

Lyn JungLyn Vierra handles reception and operations, where she contributes her skills in maintaining orderly systems and quality client service. She brings many years of experience with non-profits, small businesses, large corporations and the medical industry, including S. H. Cowell Foundation, Lockheed Martin and Delta Dental.

Lyn holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis, with additional study in Accounting and Finance. She is also a Notary Public.
